Equipment Used Nikon is our camera of choice due to the excellent quality of images produced. Our Nikon digital cameras allow us to instantly review any image of concern, especially those taken in tricky lighting situations or challenging environments. Amore Images have made the transition from film to "filmless", in order to be in full control of our images and to avoid the risk of destruction of unique images due to faulty film, manufacturer or print processing errors. For excellent lighting quality results, Amore Images use the Quantum T4D and the Nikon SB800 flash units with the PocketWizard MultiMAX radio control. The PocketWizard allows us to activate the fill lights, and due to several communication channels, the flash units are not easily activated by other camera flashes. You will see the Amore Images photographers frequently use this set-up for weddings, commercial, travel, studio, and events photography assignments. In addition to the cameras, we use 80x read/write Lexar 512MB to 1 Gig Compact Flash cards that are easily downloaded to our Gateway desktop and laptop computers or Apacer Disc Steno Burners. The burners are independent of a computer. To insure safe-keeping, these images are immediately saved in hard-drives, on the internet through a data storage company, and are also burned to several disks as additional back-up resources. Amore Images leave no space for errors when saving all the precious image data!
