The Gossip Page: The 114th International Exhibition of Professional Photography. 4,460 entries were submitted to the International Print Competition, from which a panel of 40 eminent photographers would judge the entries to select which images would comprise the 2005 General and Loan Collection and will be on display at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas on Jan 22-24, 2006. Arleen Thomas of Amoré Images had 2 entries that received merits and were accepted in both the General and Loan Collection. Her award winning photographs will be published in an annual book published by Marathon Press, available in early 2006, and her prints will be on travel and display throughout several countries. Sutter Delta Hospital Photo Event On Saturday, December 11 Amoré Images took studio images for Sutter Delta Medical Center during their Christmas party at the Concord Hilton. It was a lot of fun for clients as they were assisted with their model-posing. 90th Birthday Party Amore Images would like to congratulate Mrs. Elsa Saville who celebrated her 90th birthday at the ACB Ballroom Dance School in Oakland, California on October 30, 2004. Elsa made a spectacular performance dancing the Tango with dance instructor, Albert Aguilar. Great Bridal Expo Amoré Images participated in The Great Bridal Expo held at the San Francisco Concourse Center in California, October 16, 2004. Several beautiful brides (and with their grooms!) streamed in for this exciting event. A fashion show brought this event to peak excitement. Arleen Awarded a Paris Vacation from a Print Competition The image of the shrimp in the sea anemone was entered in the Interval International Resorts photography competition, which Amore Images photographer Arleen Thomas was awarded a one week's vacation accomodation in Paris, France in May 2004.
